Harry Motions provides professional video editing, motion design, thumbnail creation, and related creative services. Our services include but are not limited to:
2.1 Quotations: All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Project Scope: The scope of work will be defined in a project brief or agreement. Any changes to the scope may result in additional charges.
2.3 Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and revisions.

Clients are responsible for:

6.2 Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final deliverables for their intended use.
6.3 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.4 Stock Assets: Some projects may include licensed stock footage, music, or graphics. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper licensing for their use case.
We respect the confidentiality of client projects and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent. Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.
8.1 Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation point is billable and non-refundable.
8.2 Our Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client breaches these Terms or engages in abusive behavior.
Harry Motions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
10.1 Delivery: Final files will be delivered via cloud storage links or other agreed methods.
10.2 Storage: Project files are stored for 30 days after final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
10.3 Extended Storage: Extended file storage may be available upon request for an additional fee.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or health emergencies.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
